Today we will be making a bit from all varied cuisines, we will make sushi from Japan, giant pretzels from New York, ravioli from Italy, Anzac cookies from Australia and Challah from Jewish traditions. We will decorate cupcakes and make our own lunch.

Each day we will be making challah for the children to take home.
The children will get the opportunity to create delights from all corners of the world. We will be talking to them about the ingredients they are using, discussing the textures and the smells and the different uses the ingredients have and how they change when they are cooked.
The children make lunch everyday and are served morning tea. There is no need to bring anything unless they are particularly fussy eaters and you wish to bring their own (just no meat please).
Please bring a water bottle, jumper and hat.
